Bookings
Please read all the information below prior to completing an excursion booking form.

Student Numbers
There is a limit of 60 students (1 bus) a day for excursion programs.
Where applicable, large school groups (61-90) may be available subject to staff availability and program resources. (A surcharge fee of $600.00 may apply)
Please call or email the centre prior to completing a booking form to discuss if student numbers are over 60.
2024 Excursion Costs
DOE Schools – $5.00 per student
Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta Schools – $5.00 per student
All other private/independent schools – $22.00 per student (Minimum Charge of $600.00)
Additional Program Costs:
Kayaking programs – $10.00 per student
PLEEC Bus Transport – $7.00 per student
Please Note: PLEEC bus transport is for a pick up and drop off service to and from Penrith Train station and local schools within 10 minute radius to the centre for a maximum of 24 passengers including visiting teachers/staff.
It is the visiting schools responsibility to organise bus transport to and from the centre and bus is to be booked to remain on site for the duration of the day to transport students to and from fieldwork locations.

All other private/independent schools – $22.00 per student
Minimum 40 students and within a 15min radius to the centre

Availability Calendar
The availability calendar will allow you to see our availability, streamlining the booking process for your school.
- Days marked “BOOKED” show that we are fully booked.
- Days that are left blank show that dates may be available.
- Dates marked “incursion only” show that we are unable to conduct any excursions onsite but are available to run an incursion at your school.
The calendar is updated regularly.
Please be aware that due to demand for our programs, you may not have exclusive use of the site at Penrith Lakes EEC. Certain programs of fewer classes may allow us to have more than one booking on a day.
If you have a small class group and we are fully booked at the time you would like your excursion please contact the centre to discuss any dates available.
